We want you to feel confident in every Light Organics purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just contact our customer care team—we’ll walk you through the next steps.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We thoroughly inspect each product before it ships, but accidents happen. Please check your package upon arrival. If it arrived damaged or incorrect, reach out to us within 2 business days, and we’ll resolve it quickly—with a replacement or refund, your choice.


How Refunds Work

Once we receive your returned item and review it, you’ll get an email confirmation. We’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method (excluding shipping). Please allow a few business days for processing. You may also experience a short delay from your bank or card issuer.


What Can’t Be Refunded?

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final-sale or clearance items.
  • Shipping fees (original or return).
